Registered Nurse - Correctional
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule / Job Type: Mids, full-time, on-site, every other weekend availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to inmates in a correctional facility.
• Float to different areas within the facility as needed to ensure continuous patient care.
• Monitor and document patient health status, administer medications, and follow treatment plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare team for appropriate care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in correctional or mental health nursing preferred.
• Ability to float between different units as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior correctional nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Knowledge of correctional facility protocols and safety procedures.
