Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on ongoing care and injury prevention.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) or equivalent.
• Statespecific certification or licensing as required.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, or outpatient therapy.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
