Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing across multiple disciplines, including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Serology, and Blood Bank.
• Work independently in a critical access hospital setting, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
• Utilize gel methodology and experience in macro techniques for blood banking and serology.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of lab specimens in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain compliance with applicable licensing and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to support patient care through reliable laboratory services.

Required Qualifications

• ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist or MLT, or equivalent.
• Montana state license required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently multitask.
• Proficiency in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Serology, and Blood Bank testing using gel methodology.
• Experience with macro techniques in blood banking and serology.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Cerner Millennium Electronic Medical Record system.
• Previous experience working in a Critical Access Hospital environment.
