Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals and families based on client needs.
• Assess clients' mental health status and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Adhere to all licensing, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and improving overall well-being.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensing as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mental health or social work settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in documenting and maintaining client records.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with diverse populations or specific specialties (e.g., youth, adults).
• Knowledge of community resources and referral processes.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
