Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Jackson, TN
Schedule / Job Type: Nights, Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a busy cardiac/progressive care telemetry unit (IMC/PCU/Stepdown)
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records, including Epic within the last 12 months
- Float to other MS/Tele units or ICU with low acuity patients as needed, based on staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a telemetry, PCU, or stepdown unit
- Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Experience with Epic electronic health records within the past 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in cardiac or progressive care telemetry units
- Ability to adapt to multiple unit assignments, including ICU
- Strong assessment and communication skills
