Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Manage a caseload with an expectation of approximately 60 patient visits per week
- See approximately 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed
- Ensure productivity and documentation standards are met, with prior approval for overtime hours
- Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to clinic protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Ability to manage a busy outpatient caseload efficiently
- Strong patient care and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Recent graduates are not eligible
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
