Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Lancaster, MA

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' daily functioning.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Properly completed and attached prescreen, resume, and license verification.
• Ability to pass relevant background checks and screenings.
• Current Covid-19 test results within 72 hours prior to start date.
• Practical knowledge of geriatric therapy and SNF procedures.
• Willingness to work day shifts on a full-time basis.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Familiarity with dementia care and related therapies.
• Previous experience with occupational therapy for diverse patient populations.
