Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location: Highland Hills, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ECG rhythms, responding to changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with all safety and regulatory standards, including BLS and ACLS protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing.
• Current Ohio state license or compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and respond appropriately.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital environment with night shift schedules.
• Knowledge of hospital electronic health record systems.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.
