Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Burlington, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Nights, Contract (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients, including cardiac, pulmonary, and vascular conditions
• Serve patients pre- and post-cardiac procedures such as CABG and heart valve surgeries
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress using telemetry equipment and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• BilH coverage sheet required at submission
• Ability to pass day-one testing (study materials and tests provided) with up to two attempts during onboarding
• Successful completion of testing during onboarding

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a cardiac or telemetry unit
• Knowledge of post-surgical cardiac patient care, including pre- and post-operative care for cardiac surgeries
