Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and conduct start of care visits
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Ensure mandatory reporting of visits the day after they occur
- Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit
- Maintain timely communication with supervisors, intake, and office personnel
- Travel within the designated territory, with potential expansion as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapist License
- Minimum of one year of experience in Home Health
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with home health documentation systems such as Kinnser
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with efficiency and professionalism
