Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans
- Monitor and document patient health status and report significant changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working in LTC (Long-Term Care) or SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) settings preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
