- Contract, 13 weeks, Night shifts, On-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients with a focus on hemodynamics, cardiac monitoring, and respiratory support
- Manage titratable drips, ventilators, and tracheostomies
- Perform procedures such as central line and chest tube insertion, bronchoscopies, and lumbar punctures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Monitor and adjust patient treatments based on protocol and physician orders
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
- Experience with cardiac monitoring, rhythms, and titratable drips
- Knowledge of hemodynamics and respiratory patient management (vents, BiPap, trachs, Airvo)
- Ability to work night shifts with on-call duties
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with CRRT and SLED
- Familiarity with GE bedside monitors, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, and Prismax CRRT
- Ability to perform advanced procedures such as bronchoscopy and chest tube insertion
