Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a critical access hospital setting.
• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to determine appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document care activities efficiently.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and stabilize patients as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Prior experience in emergency or acute care preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rural healthcare environment.

• Experience in emergency nursing or critical care settings.
