Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assist with medication administration and patient assessments during night hours.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Document resident care accurately in compliance with regulations.
- Follow established policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Colorado.
- LTC facility experience required.
- MDS experience preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably and efficiently.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with shared housing or accommodating workforce housing is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments.
