Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing psychiatric care and support to patients.
- Monitor patient health and safety during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to implement treatment plans.
- Document patient observations and activities accurately.
- Support patients through therapeutic and daily activities.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification/licensing as a psychiatric technician or related role.
- Previous experience working in psychiatric or mental health settings.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of psychiatric care protocols and safety procedures.

Note:
Open shifts include overnight (11p-7a), day (7a-3p), and weekend evening (3-11p) shifts. Candidates should be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling.
