- Full-time, Days shift, Long-term care facility, 3x12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to pediatric patients in a long-term care setting
- Assess patients' respiratory needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Virginia
- Relevant certification (e.g., RRT credential)
- Prior experience in pediatric respiratory care preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in long-term or pediatric care settings
- BLS and pediatric advanced life support certifications
