Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support resident wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Kansas.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC/SNF environments.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
