Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments and therapy services to patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies related to patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a SNF or long-term care setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
