Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the LTC/SNF, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead and support clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve facility performance.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain accreditation standards and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification required for management in healthcare or nursing.
• Proven leadership experience in LTC or SNF settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, personnel, and operations efficiently.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior senior management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
