Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shift / Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in an emergency setting with minimal supervision.
• Conduct rapid, accurate triage assessments of patients.
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status.
• Cross-train in other nursing departments as needed to support healthcare team.
• Document patient information accurately using Electronic Medical Records.

Required Qualifications
• Active California RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Minimum of 2 years recent emergency room experience preferred.
• Ability to pass nursing medication test.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface professionally with patients, staff, and external agencies.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
