Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness, and ongoing care strategies.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Required Qualifications
• Valid current license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in patient assessment and therapy planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare documentation and compliance standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
