Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location
• Beverly, MA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), rotating every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care for mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Collaborate with the medical team to monitor fetal and maternal health during intrapartum care
• Assist in intraoperative procedures and recovery for operative deliveries
• Care for well babies and provide higher-level care for premature or critically ill newborns
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards for perinatal care
• Participate in biweekly orientation sessions for ongoing training and development
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in labor and delivery nursing preferred
• Comfortable working in the operating room setting
• BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications required
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with perinatal care in a hospital setting
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment under pressure
