Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized ICU nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families about care procedures and recovery.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and medical equipment.
• Excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Previous experience in a hospital setting.
