Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitative therapies to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and treatment protocols.
• Support patient mobility and function improvement during therapy sessions.
Required Qualifications
• Valid PTA license or certification.
• Professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Additional experience in geriatric or long-term care settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
