Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders.
• Prepare and administer radioactive tracers safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions throughout procedures.
• Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to interpret imaging results when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (e.g., ARRT-N, NMTCB).
• State licensure or registration as required.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and medical imaging techniques.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting performing nuclear medicine procedures.
• Familiarity with advanced imaging technology and software.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and quality control processes.
