Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Assist patients in improving movement, reducing pain, and restoring function through therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
