Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in an independent living, assisted living, and memory care setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a team of rehab professionals to support resident wellbeing
- Assist with patient assessments and progress documentation
- Promote recovery and mobility improvements for diverse senior populations
Required Qualifications
- Valid state PT license
- Previous experience in senior living or rehab settings preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize resident care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with memory care and assisted living residents
- Knowledge of aging and geriatric physical therapy
- Bilingual abilities a plus
