Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Meet guaranteed weekly hours and adhere to schedule requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Montana.
- Proven experience in occupational therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
- Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and protocols.
