Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

• Columbia, SC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12s (7 PM - 7 AM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Document patient assessments and care activities accurately in the electronic health record.
• Float between units or facilities as needed within scope of practice.
• Support patient safety and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
• Active SC or Multi-State (Compact) RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Epic electronic health record experience.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in every other weekend rotation.
• Willingness to float between units if necessary.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
• Strong patient ratio management experience (1:4).
• Flexible to accommodation requests pending manager approval.
