Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
• Support patient progress through therapeutic activities and exercises
• Maintain documentation of patient care and progress
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements within the facility
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals

Required Qualifications

• Current certification/license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Some experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt to patient needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
