Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the CVOR department.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans collaboratively with the care team.
- Work closely with physicians, patients, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and make clinical decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
- Ensure compliance with departmental protocols and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing license (RN) in the state of Ohio or appropriate licensing.
- Previous experience in operating room, specifically with CVOR procedures.
- Knowledge of EPIC and PYXIS systems.
- Ability to work day shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior CVOR or OR nursing experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hospital surgical protocols and safety standards.
