Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology lab.
• Assist with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures including cardiac catheterizations, PCIs, TAVRs, PFO/ASD closures, and vascular interventions.
• Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist physicians as a scrub nurse during complex cardiac cases.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including radiation safety and necessary certifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina or multi-state compact nursing license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Radiation badge (must be provided by the agency).
• Ability to work days with a 4x10 shift schedule (7:30 am - 6:00 pm).
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties (1-2 nights per week, one weekend every six weeks, potential holiday call).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Scrub experience in cardiac interventions.
• Familiarity with complex PCI, CTO procedures, TAVR, and other advanced cardiac cases.
• Ability to accommodate a block schedule is not available.
