- Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12s, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, including those with renal conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document findings accurately.
- Float within scope to other medical-surgical units or sister facilities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and patient care standards.
- Participate in holiday rotations and every other weekend shifts as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Valid SC state nursing license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to work overnight night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with renal patients.
- Comfort with Epic electronic charting system.
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed.
