• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Valid occupational therapist license or credentialing in the state of North Carolina.
• Proven experience providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
