Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic assessment and treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise routines and injury prevention.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and technologies.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
