Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients in a clinical setting.
• Deliver therapeutic treatments to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress according to care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families.
• Work in a split position between facilities in Parkersburg and Willows.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience delivering therapeutic treatments in a clinical environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate patient needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in multiple facility settings.
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency (if applicable).
