- Monitor patient progress and document sessions accurately.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in a similar therapy setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with therapy equipment and assistive devices.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
