Key Responsibilities
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and report outcomes to healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (e.g., DPT or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient therapy environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
