Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy services for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Assist in compiling reports and documentation related to patient progress and care.
• Provide personalized care reflecting individual patient needs across cognitive, emotional, educational, and physical domains.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff, nursing personnel, and administration to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Utilize computerized documentation systems, including training on EPIC and AHT platforms.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Maryland State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working under pressure with strong judgment and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, neurological rehab, or subacute rehab settings.
• Prior experience with computerized documentation systems like EPIC and AHT.
