Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute care physical therapy services across multiple hospital units
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress
• Float between units as needed, following department protocols
• Participate in weekend rotations as scheduled

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or proof of eligibility as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of hospital workflows and patient care procedures
• Physically capable of providing patient treatments

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in hospital or acute care settings
• Familiarity with trauma center protocols
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments quickly
