Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Implement and modify therapy procedures to promote optimal recovery and health outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate care and ensure effective treatment delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or acute care settings.
• BLS or CPR certification.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
