Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts, days
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients.
• Monitor patient status, assess needs, and document care activities accurately.
• Recognize and respond to cardiac rhythms and other vital changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Ohio or compact state RN license.
• Minimum of 18 months of recent and relevant Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience, including prior employment in the specialty.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent travel or temporary staffing experience in acute care settings.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including at least every other holiday.
• Strong assessment skills and teamwork orientation.
