Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and coordinate with healthcare team
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety regulations
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
• Minimum of 65% in PTA certification or equivalent credential
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of pediatric, geriatric, or orthopedic therapy preferred
