- Full-time, night shift, 36 hours per week, 3x12s
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acute pediatric critical care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
- Float within pediatric units including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU as needed to meet facility demands
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and clinical standards, including emergency response procedures during hurricane season
- Participate in holiday and every-other-weekend rotation
- Follow patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU nursing experience
- Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- PALS certification (American Heart Association)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ECMO and CRRT procedures
- Willing to float across pediatric critical care units as needed
- Ability to work a flexible block schedule pending manager approval
