Registered Nurse - NICU

Full-time, night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, progress, and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans.
• Adjust care procedures based on patient needs, including potential float to pediatric ICU or general pediatric units.
• Maintain a safe and comforting environment for fragile neonatal patients.
• Comply with hospital standards, protocols, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience.
• Valid RN license.
• Ability to work night shifts reliably.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of neonatal care procedures and protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with pediatric ICU or pediatric care is a plus.
• Familiarity with pediatric trauma center protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
