Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in intensive care/stepdown units, including IMC, PCU, and Med-Surg.
- Float across different units within the organization as needed to meet staffing requirements.
- Work rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays, ensuring flexible coverage.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver safe, efficient, and quality patient care.
- Support patient advocacy and education during shift.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU, IMC, or Med-Surg units.
- Epic electronic medical record experience.
- BCLS certification required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-acuity care environment.
- Comfortable floating between units as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
