Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Part-time, 8-week assignment, nights shift (7 PM - 7 AM), rotating schedule, local candidates only, potential weekend rotation, possible unit float, no on-call required, holiday schedule as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document care provided
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies during night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid NC LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year GERIATRIC (GERI) LPN experience
- BLS certification
- Ability to work night shift and rotating schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs during overnight shifts
