Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and functional respiratory tests to assess patient needs.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Perform phlebotomies and establish or remove IV lines as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and equipment usage.
- Provide care in a critical access hospital setting, including NICU experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification.
- Proven NICU experience.
- Ability to perform diagnostic testing and patient assessments.
- Strong understanding of respiratory treatments and equipment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a critical access hospital.
- Excellent patient communication skills.
