Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric and behavioral health nursing care in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Support patients through counseling and therapeutic interventions as appropriate
• Maintain a safe and healing environment for patients

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health care
• Ability to work in an outpatient setting with a focus on mental health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a psychiatric outpatient clinic or behavioral health facility
• Knowledge of mental health treatment protocols and best practices
• Ability to handle complex or crisis situations calmly and effectively
