Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Intermediate Care Unit during overnight shifts.
- Monitor and assess telemetry patients according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
- Float within scope as needed to meet the facility's staffing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS.
- Willingness to work every other weekend.
- Ability to work night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in telemetry or cardiac units.
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic charting systems.
- Flexibility to float within scope and adapt to unit needs.
